History Of The Building

The houses at Zürichstrasse 174 and 176, built from 1923 onwards, are an integral part of Küsnacht's townscape. While the original apothecary house at 176 was repeatedly enlarged in several stages and adapted to the needs of a commercial and residential property, house 174 was extensively renovated in 2012 and connected to house 176 via a narrow corridor. In addition to the commercial space, the two properties offer three attractive apartments with views on Lake Zurich.
