The renovation continues according to plan. The two buildings have now been almost completely hollowed out and cleared of contaminated waste. Excavation is also progressing, and part of the GreenCube's floor slab has already been poured.

Special excavation work is now underway for our Gollmann order-picking system, which will eventually house up to 60,000 products. For this purpose, a swimming pool with appropriate insulation will be installed approximately 1.5 meters below basement level. Once excavation is complete, work on the steel construction of the GreenCube can begin.

We are delighted that with the reopening of the Hotz Pharmacy and Drugstore on September 1, 2025, two general practitioners will be working at the GreenCube! They and their team will be dedicated to addressing your health concerns and assisting you with all your questions and treatments.

With the addition of the doctor's office to our premises, we can expand the range of services offered by the Hotz Pharmacy and Drugstore and offer you even more personalized care. If necessary, we can also arrange a consultation at short notice after your consultation at the pharmacy.
